Our Spot Score is our own editorial opinion, not a guarantee of your experience.
Intellectual property
The site's original content, design, branding and the Spot Score methodology are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or republish it without our written permission. Venue names, logos and third-party imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
User submissions
When you submit a venue or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to operate and improve the site. We may edit, decline or remove submissions at our discretion, and we don't guarantee that any submission will be published.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party websites, maps and services we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
